Jade Oyateru is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Uncover, a fast-growing, data-driven, digital-first beauty and wellness brand created specifically for women across Africa. Driven by a mission to revolutionize women's health and beauty, Uncover prioritizes melanated skin through science-backed skincare solutions while championing self-care, nutrition, and holistic wellness.

With over a decade of experience spanning global consumer brands such as Unilever and Nestlé, as well as leading African e-commerce companies including Kasha and Jumia, Jade brings deep expertise in operations, strategy, and scaling businesses across the continent. She also holds an MBA from Imperial College London.

As one of Uncover's three female co-founders, Jade has helped lead the company's rapid growth, including the successful close of a $1 million seed funding round to accelerate its expansion across Africa. She is passionate about empowering women through education and innovation and she is an active advocate for the vital connection between nutrition, gut health, skincare, and overall wellbeing.
