PROFILE

Born in Paris and raised in the Ivory Coast, Mélie Tiacoh is a supermodel with a diverse ethnic background; her father is Ivorian and Italian, her mother Guinean and Lebanese. At 17, she left home for Montreal, where she studied Finance and Computer Science, and got scouted while still in school. She has since pursued her CFA designation alongside one of the most enduring careers in international modelling.

Mélie has walked for Victoria's Secret, Ralph Lauren, Dior, and Tom Ford, landed the Charlotte Tilbury campaign, and appeared on the covers of Elle and Nylon. Her editorial credits span Vogue Japan, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, and Cosmopolitan. Signed to over ten of the world's leading agencies, she has built a career as diverse as her roots.

Her deepest commitment, however, is to Africa. In 2017, she became an ambassador of the Kalou Foundation, supporting medical care and access to sport for children in Abidjan. She also founded The Hunt Management, a scouting and placement agency dedicated to identifying, mentoring, and promoting Africa's freshest new faces on the international modelling stage.
